At Aesthetic Villain, we stand behind the Performance Nutrition Guide. We offer a conditional 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. 30-Day Conditional Money-Back Guarantee

Here's the deal:

Get the Performance Nutrition Guide. Run the protocol for 30 days. Track your training, your meals, and your sessions.

If after 30 days your pumps, mid-session energy, recovery, and body composition haven't shifted — just email us at [email protected] with what you tried, and we'll refund 100% of your money. No argument. No hassle.

Execution proof is required. You have to show us you genuinely ran the protocol — pre/intra/post meal photos, training logs, supplement photos, body composition photos, or any combination that proves you actually followed the system.

Why? Because this protocol is mechanical. It either routes fuel correctly or it doesn't. 2. What We Require

Track your progress – Keep a log. Doesn't have to be fancy. Training notes, meal photos, session notes — whatever works for you.

Acceptable forms of proof include:

  • Training log showing session notes for the 30-day period (reps, loads, how pumps and energy felt)

  • Before / day 15 / after physique photos in the same lighting and pose

  • Supplement photos showing the stack you ran (carnitine, HMB, R-ALA, taurine, creatine, etc.)

  • Screenshots of any tracking app, notes file, or journal you used

We're not looking for perfection. 3. Eligibility for Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:

    • Your purchase was made directly from Aesthetic Villain (not through unauthorized third parties)

    • Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date

    • You followed the Performance Nutrition Guide protocol for the full 30 days

    • You provide proof of implementation (meal photos, training logs, physique photos, or any evidence showing you genuinely ran the system)

    • You have not violated our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing access, pirating content, etc.)

    Proof of implementation is NOT optional. It's the tool we use to confirm you actually ran the protocol. We just need to see you gave the system an honest effort.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Step 1: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request — Performance Nutrition Guide"

    Step 2: Include the following information in your email:

    • Your full name

    • Email address used for purchase

    • Order number or transaction ID

    • Date of purchase

    • What you ran – Brief explanation of how you followed the protocol (pre, intra, post, supplement stack, training days per week)

    • Proof of implementation – Attach meal photos, training logs, physique photos, supplement photos, or any combination showing you ran the protocol for 30 days

    • What didn't shift – Honest summary of what you expected vs. what you saw

    Step 3: We will review your refund request within 3-5 business days and respond via email.

    Step 4: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Review Period: 3-5 business days from receipt of your refund request

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval

  • Bank/Card Posting: 5-10 business days (varies by financial institution)

  • Total Time: Most refunds are completed within 10-20 business days

6. What Happens After a Refund

  • Once your refund is processed:

    • Your access to the Performance Nutrition Guide and any associated materials will be revoked

    • You will be removed from product-specific email lists

    • You may still receive general marketing emails if you opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime)

    While we deactivate your access, we cannot physically retrieve digital materials you may have downloaded. We trust you will respect our intellectual property rights and not use or distribute materials after requesting a refund.

7. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date

  • If you bought the Performance Nutrition Guide by mistake

  • You did not follow the protocol for the full 30 days

  • You cannot provide proof of implementation or genuine effort

  • You modified the protocol (swapped protein-only pre for carbs, skipped the intra-workout drink, ate fats in the post-workout window, ignored the supplement timing, etc.) — modified execution is not execution

  • Products purchased from unauthorized third parties or resellers

  • You have violated our Terms of Service

  • You have already filed a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without contacting us first

  • You demonstrate a pattern of purchasing and refunding (abuse of guarantee)

  • Technical issues that we were able to resolve within 48 hours of being notified

8. Partial Refunds

We offer full refunds only. Partial refunds for individual sections, protocols, or supplement breakdowns are not available. The Performance Nutrition Guide is sold as a complete system, and every section is interdependent — the pre-workout setup only works because of the intra protocol, which only works because of the post-workout window, and so on. If you meet the refund eligibility requirements, you are entitled to a complete refund of your purchase price.

9. Duplicate Purchases and Technical Issues

Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide you with another protocol of equal value in place of the duplicate. We do not process refunds for checkout mistakes.

Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase (broken download links, login issues, portal access problems), contact our support team immediately. We will resolve technical issues within 48 hours. If we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, you will be eligible for a full refund without needing to complete the 30-day implementation requirement.

10. Chargeback Policy

IMPORTANT: Please contact us first using our refund request process before filing a chargeback.

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us and following our refund request process, it may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of access to all products and services

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Legal action to recover costs associated with the chargeback

  • Reporting to fraud prevention databases

Filing a chargeback should be a last resort only after exhausting our customer service channels.

11. International Purchases

Our 30-day conditional money-back guarantee applies to customers worldwide. However:

  • Currency Exchange: Refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase. Any currency exchange rate differences between the date of purchase and date of refund are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Processing Times: International refunds may take longer (up to 20 business days total) due to international banking differences and processing times.

  • Payment Method Restrictions: Some international payment methods may have longer processing times or different refund procedures.

12. Fraudulent Purchases

If your purchase was made fraudulently (e.g., stolen credit card, unauthorized use of payment information), contact us immediately at [email protected] and also contact your bank or credit card company. We will cooperate fully with fraud investigations and issue refunds as appropriate in cases of confirmed fraud.

13. Fair Use Policy

  • Failure to provide any proof of genuine implementation

14. No Refund After Access Revocation
