1. 30-Day Conditional Money-Back Guarantee

Bloodwork is optional. We don't need lab results. We just need to see you gave the system an honest effort.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, follow these steps:

Step 2: Include the following information in your email:
Your full name
Email address used for purchase
Order number or transaction ID
Date of purchase
What you tried – Brief explanation of how you followed the protocols

Step 3: We will review your refund request within 3-5 business days and respond via email.

4. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Review Period: 3-5 business days from receipt of your refund request
Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval
Bank/Card Posting: 5-10 business days (varies by financial institution)
Total Time: Most refunds are completed within 10-20 business days from the initial request, depending on your bank or payment processor.
5. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A REFUND
Once your refund is processed:
Your access to The Masculine Reset Method portal and materials will be revoked
Access to the private community (if applicable) will be deactivated
You will be removed from product-specific email lists
You may still receive general marketing emails if you opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime)
While we deactivate your portal access, we cannot physically retrieve digital materials you may have downloaded. We trust you will respect our intellectual property rights and not use or distribute materials after requesting a refund.
6. WHEN REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
Refund requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
You did not follow the protocols for the full 30 days
You cannot provide any proof of implementation or genuine effort
Products purchased from unauthorized third parties or resellers
You have violated our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing login credentials, distributing program materials, etc.)
You have already filed a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without contacting us first
You demonstrate a pattern of purchasing and refunding (abuse of guarantee)
Technical issues that we were able to resolve within 48 hours of being notified
7. PARTIAL REFUNDS
We offer full refunds only. Partial refunds for individual components, bonuses, or materials are not available. The Masculine Reset Method is sold as a complete system, and all bonuses and materials are included as part of the package. If you are unsatisfied and meet the refund eligibility requirements, you are entitled to a complete refund of your purchase price.
8. DUPLICATE PURCHASES AND TECHNICAL ISSUES

9. CHARGEBACK POLICY

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us and following our refund request process, it may result in:
Immediate revocation of access to all products and services
Permanent ban from future purchases
Legal action to recover costs associated with the chargeback

10. INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

Currency Exchange: Refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase. Any currency exchange rate differences between the date of purchase and date of refund are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Times: International refunds may take longer (up to 20 business days total) due to international banking differences and processing times.

11. FRAUDULENT PURCHASES
